I don't really miss it, but i guess i am kind of caffeine resistent. I never really had any stimmulating effects from drinking coffee in the morning. Coffee was always more of a easy available warm drink.

My goal was to push everything out of the way that might need some form of digesting. Based on what Dr. Rhonda Patrick and Dr. Satchin Panda discussed here.

Thanks so much for sharing this! I always considered non-calorie liquid consumption to have minimal effect on fasting since it does not involve the breakdown and digestion of food. I will give it a shot and report back!

This no coffee thing is tough so far! I’m a zombie in the morning. Been pushing up my morning cup a half hour but I’m like in outer space until that happens!
