My Dark Chocolate Therapy! So How Healthy Is it?

Let's face it... I had a craving for chocolate! But since we're on the subject.... Is dark chocolate healthy like everyone is saying? Or is it just some fad that has become trendy like eating Sriracha sauce?

Here is my conclusion regarding this topic...

It's been well established that dark chocolate is rich in antioxidants which can help fight against free radical damage visible on the skin and affected within the entire human body.

Consequently, the heart health benefits can't be ignored as blood pressure and cholesterol levels have been know to respond appropriately.

Finally, you have to weigh it all out. There's no question about dark chocolate being healthy, but it's also important to make sure that the other ingredients don't counteract the benefits

So read your labels and don't just buy any dark chocolate bar on the shelves without knowing what's in it. .

It's hard to beat a delicious piece of dark chocolate!

I love dark chocolate, and the higher the cocoa content the better. Better still, it's a yes on my keto diet! Yay! 😀
