I grow parsley and cilantro in my garden, both make yummy green smoothies and pesto 😜

That is stunning... OOOOh basil pesto has o be my favorite!!

I love parsley! I know it gets "overlooked" quite a bit as an herb, and people think of it as "common" because it's used as garnish on pretty much anything.

And that's really too bad-- so nice to see an "on praise of parsley" post like this!

One of my favorite uses is as breath freshener after having eaten a lot of fresh garlic. Works wonders...

Especially if you are a garlic lover... I am considdered a repeat offender in that little guilty pleasures department :D So parsley is a dear friend of mine LOL

Have a look at Watercress :)

This was great! I had no idea that parsley had so many benefits, though it does remind me that once upon a time I had a juicer and I used to do carrots and parsley in the morning. It gave me more of an energy lift than coffee!

Oh yes please... I loved to make fresh juices once when i still had a juicer, unfortunately I think that it got lost in my last move... I think

I am dying to have your opinion of this, apologies for imposing...
