WORKOUT LIFE, MY LIFE 🥇

Work-Out, training and health.

I started doing some training about a year ago I had been playing field-hockey for years and did steps at the gym.
Then after being seriously ill, it all changed.

Schedules on the fridge they help.

It all had to do with sugar and added artificial sugars.
They Made me very sick and after 5 months the advice was among other things QUIT SUGAR !
I consulted a food coach and began re-organising my life, food and excersize wise.

I was not overweight but could use the good advice and toning.

I started doing All different things and do some of these things on my own, others with a trainer 1-1, and I play in a team. All kinds off different ways to get better in shape.

That is resulting in a changed body, and now I need All kinds off sport gear.

A girl needs to feel nice even when she is Working out. I love black and I can combine it with All kinds of colors.

My New 1,5 liter can with the lemons in it and ginger to cleanse......

ITS ALOT OFF WORK..... AS AN EXPERT SAID BEASTMODE IS ON!!!
