So I am normally a 5 or 6 days a week workout kind of guy. And it has shown a lot of progress. I've got some aches and pains to show for it as well.
Last Thursday I got a little sick. Allergies or sinus infection, not sure which. But I've been fighting it for a few days and decided not to go back to lifting and working out hard until I'm better (most of the time I just push through it).
Anyone else have an insight into taking a break from working out? I don't want to set back any positive I've done from my workouts but at the same time I don't want to drag out being sick.
