David, I have been fasting for years, but mostly one day a week. I have never done a water fast and from what you have said, it sounds like a real good thing - toxins getting out, etc. Thanks for sharing your experiences and maybe I'll try fasting on water for a week or so at a time and then longer to see what happens. I don't need to lose the weight, but have a few other problems, mainly itchy skin on my arms. They say it's a sign of alzheimer's but maybe the toxins are causing the problems and hopefully, it will stop after awhile. Thanks for explaining the urine fasting from your experience - I've heard of it years ago, but never tried it. I heard the Monks in Nepal do it.
