Morning detox cocktail

This is one of the best morning detox cocktail recipes out there. I drink this every morning and it has proven to be an amazing wellness drink.

1 cup of warm water
1 tbsp acv
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp ginger
1 drop of oregano oil
Stevia to taste for sweetness. (Not pictured)

This recipe measurements arent exact but totally up to you and how much you can handle.

The list is long of the benefits ive experienced. Helps flush liver, clears skin, helps with digestion, gives energy, its amazing.

Should you detox before or after meals?

I know with apple cider vinegar you should drink it right before a meal to help with digestions.

I think either is ok but probablu best before. They already tell you if you drink water before you eat you will get full faster and dont over eat, so with that premise id say either is good. Whether before or after i think the digestion benefit would be the same.

This is a good way to detox and that is so important for cleansing the body from long-term toxicity.
