Dream journaling for personal growth

in #health7 years ago

Start writing down your dreams every night and when you wake up in the morning you may start seeing patterns or recurring instances in dreams which can give you clues as to things you might want to investigate in a lucid dream. For instance if you see someone attacking you in a lucid dream that could be a message from your subconsious that you are afraid of something. If you were to become lucid in your dream (aware that you are dreaming while you are dreaming) then you could ask the dream why this occurs or what this represents and then ask how to integrate it. If you can integrate it then it's like freeing that energy up and allowing you to feel a little more lighter.

If you have not heard of or tried lucid dreaming then try investigating it, Robert Waggoner and Charlie Morley are both good teachers and have many videos on YouTube.
