I wanted to tell you briefly how yoga has changed my life. I am not a yogini expert but I can tell you that before practice was very impulsive in my act and it hurt tooooodo! I started attending classes near my home and I ended up doing a training to become an instructor, this training was in Ashtanga Yoga, yoga is a very strong but i loved it.
I can only tell you that not only are the yoga postures, it is learn to breathe consciously, while doing physical postures or asanas and end up with an incredible relaxation and meditation. Another important thing that I learned in my formation of ashtanga is that in the philosophy of yoga you must know, respect and fulfill the yamas and the niyamas, are the laws or commandments to lead a better life, in a future post I will explain a little of them.
