It all started after a hard 6 months of doctors and medication that never resolved my wife's health issues. Constant pain, couldn't eat anything without getting sick and the same answer over and over again. "Lets try this medication, come back in four weeks and we'll see how it goes"...... well after the 4th doctor of this my wife had had it started to research. She found Dr. John Bergman on YouTube, tried his suggested breathing technique for high blood pressure for two weeks, and it worked. With other people like him, we started to find out that the pharmaceutical industry wasn't interested in helping people. Unless it was helping them into their office to dole out prescriptions from their latest pharmaceutical rep visit.
This subsequently lead to nutrition studies, learning about GMO's, getting past the whole gluten scare, and to the root of the issues. This lead me to cook more, which then lead me to look for recipes, and with the election of 2016 in full swing by this point (it was 2015) I started to figure more and more out. Hating the government and both parties, seeing how controlled everything is, and how well planned things were to try and make us sheep to use as slaves. To keep this short and simple, here is what I've found so far and hope to elaborate and share what I've discovered with you in hopes to help someone else.
Anything the government touches turns to crap and is therefore not nor ever will be the solution, unless it's LESS!
GMO's may have been a good idea, but have been used against us.
Gluten isn't the issue, glyphosate and leaky gut syndrome is!
Schools don't teach, they indoctrinate with false history and useless subjects.
Science has become corrupted by politics and money.
We need to know how to grow our own food and understand nutrition. Ingredient labels are far more important that nutrition labels.
The family is the most important thing of all.
There is still hope for millennials and Generation Z is on its way too!
There is definitely still hope to for our world! Glad you awakened to all of this
Thanks! There is still so much to learn. Thankfully we have Steemit, Minds and good people out there to help accelerate the process.
