I know I have been. I read about it all the time. The article below certainly tells us that being concerned about your health can be overdone to the point of bringing on what you fear the most! Several years ago I stopped looking at a plate of delicious food and tried to decide which item on the plate was the worst for my health. The French have taught us how to love food and not be worried about it and have health on a par with countries like the US where we obsess about it.
Then I have my ancient in-laws who at 88 and 93 have eaten what they want, when they want, and thrive. They also pay no attention to the doctor from their annual checkups. No exercise. No sunshine, ever. Go figure.
These days about the only pill I take is a chill pill and thank God for every new day.

The society, in general, is obsessed by health and beauty all over the world. It's true that is important what you put in your mouth, however, the healthy food is also very expensive and lots of people can't even afford it if by any chance you don't have the privilege to have your own garden and grow your own food. It's so true that most Southern Europe has great food and healthy at the same time. They are masters of delicious food, including my country (Slovenia). Lots of Italians, as they are our neighbor country come and enjoy it. The beauty here is you can eat cheap and delicious food in restaurants.
Slovenia. Well, that's really cool! This is such a cool platform. Thank you for the comment!
Small world :) You are welcome.
