Exercise daily

Somewhere in August 2012, i decided to join a gym as a form or daily exercise. My first day at the gym was so awful and very stressful. But i set many targets and decided to achieve all. For 6 years now ive been exercising with many different equipment at the gym and trust me ive seen massive changes. The most important one is me staying healthy always.. hardly goes to the hospital or complain of sickness.. never exempt yourself from exercising daily. U can exercise at least once a day. Do not give excuses. No matter how tight ur schedules are u can still exercise. Never run from exercising
