I started drinking about 1/4 of a glass of water kefir mixed with some juice. Then each day I increased the amount, I take now 1/2 a glass per day mixed with either orange juice or with other juice. I drink it in the morning, for about 15 minutes or so... I started making it in may and started watching changes (in your gut) about a few days to a week. Does that answer your questions :D?
