I have stopped eating grains, most fruits, beans, starch and sweet drinks. Wow what a difference. I never knew how much wheat, soy and sugar are in most products. They sometimes change the name of the sugar ( some type of “ose” ... glucose, sucrose, fructose etc). My sleep is better and fat is starting to fall relatively effortlessly. Thanks for the post. I think you are correct!
