Respect. You're clearly in fantastic shape. I've been on OMAD for about 3 months. Never needed to lose weight specifically, but was curious about the other perceived benefits (more consistent energy, less sleep), plus I'm a lousy cook so that means I can only mess up my meals once a day instead of three times!
