Enjoyed your post! As a nurse I used to work manynight shifts which after a while made me feel so drained, and out of focus . Sleep is definately an energy booster and I now cherrish every minute of it! Thank you for a nice reminder about the importance of a good nights sleep! 🤗 will follow you for some more!
