i'll talk you this time about my often used power lifting exercise.
it is simple because my important exercised way is dead lift.
i'm very like and think familiar this exercise because it exercise made my a lot muscles.
i have long arm so i did a comfortable dead lift than bench press.
if you don't have interest to powerlifting so if you put dead lift programs on your training programs then you will get a great result on the your strength and body physicals.
maybe i guess dead lift is your extremity babel lift strength test.
maybe bench press and squat is need only a bit momentum and a bit technicques for lift babels well on our training.
however dead lift is just it is only a dead babel as word as a front you.
and dead lift make your important center muscles to use. your back muscles and leg and hip muscles also.
a biceps and antebrachial muscles and the triceps and abdominal muscles etc...
that's why i'll talk about your matters that requires for your not hurt body.
if you have problem on the waist then so you must don't do dead lift.
because dead lift is very drastic and you should contact to dead lift with your respect and take care attitude to dead lift.
and also it need a lot passion.

if you have power bar then so let you use power bar than regular bar.
you should make put bar in the one inch position. because if you have far away distance more to babel then
so you can't effective pull up so i'm emphasize it to you.
you open put your legs as sholder wide as and it does have a diffrent styles too. sumo style it.
sumo style need make leg open more.
let you use conventional dead lift style for your best improve strength and muscles
