Finally decided to post my Dinner with that $1.00 Fillet of Salmon. Must say it Turned out great!
But everything in life doesn't just apparate onto a plate but it really doesn't take much work.
So Score the Salmon with a Knife heat that pan up on High!!
Get some Spice and throw it on!
Cook it Skin facing down until you see a color change go 3/4 of the way threw.
Flip it over for about 1-2 minutes
Flip it one last time and reduce heat while plating up some rice. Dinner is done, and in a short time too. For more variations on How I am going to cook the Cheap salmon check back in a bit!
