Tomatoes have natural sugar in it. don't forget, tomatoes are a fruit.
howdy there cosmiccrimes! yes sir that's true..well we have not off of our diet because of the Keto but I wasn't sure why. We have them rarely now.
That's good. I miss the tomatoes. I used to boil them whole and eat them in vinegar. Not everyone's cup of tea.

We still have them sometimes, they're so healthy that some things I add back in a couple times a week.
I just like them. They are just stewed tomatoes.
