Interesting concept, I'll have to wade back through your older posts about fat loss with the cold showers - quite intriguing. Have you ever tried contrast showers for muscle recovery? Same idea except instead of just cold you alternate back and forth with water that is as hot as you can stand for 1 minute intervals. I have tried it but haven't noticed anything significant. I also am not very good at tolerating extreme temperatures so that may have something to do with it as well.
