There's definitely something in the term, "You are what you eat". Some people will eat junk all the time and then do a cleanse for a few weeks. I honestly think if you want to be healthy it's all about consistency and thinking long term. Many people have ditched dairy and that has given them releif from many issues such as mucus buildup, acne and even IBS issues. I eat a whole foods plant based diet and I've never felt healthier. Health really is wealth 😊. I hope you have a speedy recovery!
