RE: Insults from a doctor & the truth about asthma

in #health7 years ago

We gave up allopathic medicine years ago, but I wish it had been sooner. My 2nd child has an extensive list of food allergies, sensitivities and intolerances. You can read about it here if you're interested.

We're working with a nutritionist and a naturopath to heal her inflamed gut and help her absorb the healthy fats she so badly needs.

We homeschool eclectically, but I find it interesting the idea of letting a toddler make their own food choices. It makes sense that we each know what our bodies need, but in my daughter's case, too much sugar or not enough fats, and she's an emotional mess, tantrums and then striking her siblings.

Then consequently, I restrict how the other 3 children eat because seeing others eat what she can't have is very hard on her.

On one hand, it's made the entire family healthier, because we would probably still be eating organic, but not as clean if it weren't for her condition.

Anyway, always nice to meet a non-vaxxer. I have 1 fully Vaxxed, 1 partially and 2 not at all. The 2 that aren't vaxxed are always the quickest to get through any passing colds or viruses, if they get sick at all. I think our family would make for an interesting study because it's not the fully Vaxxed kid that has the issues, but the partially.

Anyway, great post. Thank you.

Amazing to learn your story. Thank you for sharing it.

If only more people were able to take conscious action as you have done. Very inspirational. And very interesting to hear that the health issues have been for your partially vaxxed child.

Our two have so far been in perfect health except for this cough and some skin irritations which were more than likely to do with the humidity of Bali. And we lived in a very open minded community full of perfect health unvaxxed kids ;)
