Well, it's really important to take care of your health first. Sometimes to get over my hangover in the early morning, I take green tea. That just always works for me. To keep my testosterone level in check, I regularly do some yoga as it greatly helps to keep my body in check overall. Apart from this, I have a gym schedule everyday for an hour.
So overall, it's really good to keep a check on your health.
