My body is very odd not only now for its appearance but also with the way I digest my food or how it reacts from only the way I think about foods. Sometimes or more often than not I would produce gas (fart) when I would plan to eat as if my guts are getting an anxiety that they will going to work for digesting my food.
It is very weird that it is happening most of the time. It worsens when I am eating and I would then pass gas whilst I am chewing my food. I do not know where the gas is coming from because it just suddenly gets produced while I am eating.
That is why I prefer to lay while eating so that I won't bloat as it is hard to fart while I am sitting during a meal. I believe that I am having a weakening digestive issues and it may also come from my anxiety or just from the sugars in the food that I eat. It may also come from the gluten in the bread which I have no way of knowing to determine if it really was the case.
Digestion, another issue to tackle. You can't eat that normally and when you do you can't feel well, how worse it can get?I am already getting weary of the sandwiching medical issues against my body. It is just surprising that my body is holding on and doesn't give up while other patients with a relatively good disposition than mine dies so easy or fast. It is odd and I can't really understand why I have to suffer hordes of complications in my body.
Bad gas is no joke! Not only will it run others out of the room but it is not comfortable at all for the one passing it! I hope you feel better soon!
Yes it is embarrassing sometimes but most of the time it is a new gas so it is almost scentless or maybe it is just my nose desensitized already @stillwater
The ways of life are so strange, sometimes we wonder why some people go through such difficult things, as well as you.
But you are a being of light, you are brilliant and God listens to you. Do not despair you are a unique being, Your body is different but also your soul and your heart.
if digestive problems feel disturbed and weakened, it is better to consume bananas or papaya fruit, this will be very good for smoothing weakened digestion
