Yesterday I sat for about seven hours in my weekly "Thanksgiving viewing" and that feat just makes me feel tired afterwards. Considering that I took a bath after that should guarantee me a good night'd sleep but I tried to sleep after watching some online videos but I failed to sleep last night despite that I got tired from the activity that I did beforehand.
After taking my grueling bath and eating afterwards I did went to sleep after I also tried to watch some videos to help me get sleepy but it felt like I drank coffee before I slept so it seemed that I suffered from insomnia today. I still do not feel the need for a shut eye but I hope that in a few hours I could finally rest.
So this early morning I haven't done anything but to watch online videos that entertained me a bit. Thank goodness that there was the internet to save me from boredom otherwise I would be tossing and turning the whole night through on my bed. Sometimes it is just stressful being in this situation where sleep becomes a problem that is why if I get the opportunity I would sleep to my heart's content because I already know how is it not to easily get some sleep in my life before.

Actually, there is nothing more difficult than trying to sleep, and not being able to sleep, I suffer from insomnia and sometimes it lasts 2 days without being able to sleep, I despair and do the same as you, I get on the Internet and I sail until clarifies the day, so I know how bad you feel, but we have no choice but to continue fighting until God allows it. Sleeping is a Great gift of God and remove all boredom feelings so change your habit
you shouldn't take that coffe.your body is so weak.in that case you feel tired.but you cant sleep.it makes you so weak and ill.you should follow some steps anr regulation for proper sleep.you can listen some music.like as soft one music.you should try

Insomnia is terrible ... I feel that at dawn the hours are extremely slow. But I hope that at any time you rest.

I cannot imagine a day without having my night rest. At times even, when I sleep for less than three hours, I wake up feeling headaches.

I sometimes can not sleep and I go for youtube to find video to relax and sleep, it's frustrating
