Dear Diary: My Mother Will Going To Get Some Medical Assistance For My Dialysis Tomorrow From The Government Charity Center

My health insurance will going to end this month of November so any hospital bill will be paid out of pocket which means I have to pay for my dialysis and all for two months which is impossible if it weren't for the money that I earn from here and the government assistance that we get from the government branch that does the lottery.

Many years ago I was the one doing the application for my own medical needs, there was also this instance that I was so pale and anemic that I had the hard time dodging traffic and going up the pedestrian bridge because I do not want to have a blood transfusion and I just am doing the hormone injection because I was hopeful that I was getting a kidney transplant which never came.

It was very hard to submit application for assistance because you would only get a few dollars worth of money which is not instant to get and you also have to submit multiple papers to the politician or government office. Sometimes when I was trying to get assistance for my injections, the medicine's worth totaled was equal to my transportation fare because I didn't get the medicine after two tries. After that I never voted again for the politician that gave me that hard time trying to get my medicine.

But tomorrow the process got different for the particular medical assistance that I will be applying for because it was now made simple and all I have to do now is to just accomplish some complete blood count (CBC) laboratory test which I already have done and my hospital will give the rest of the papers to us to be submitted to the government charity office that we are applying to and then we will be expecting the guarantee letter hopefully tomorrow also to be given to us.

A guarantee letter is just an IOU letter from that charity office for the hospital stating that they will be paying for my designated dialysis treatments. So I am thankful because I am certain to get the assistance because we do not always apply for support from the government, thanks to God and the steemit community.
