Feeling a lot better today, can't risk going to the gym yet, but decided to go for a little walk and do some other stuff!
Push-ups:
30 reps
Pull-ups:
10 reps
Walking:
40min=(this + stretching) 200 reps
Stretching:
25min=(this + walking)=200 reps
IN TOTAL
=240 reps

Smart to help others by holding back from the gym. I'll count it this time since your effort is off the charts for the flu, but stretching is generally a non-rep/non-cardio activity in the future. Will check out your huge intro post tomorrow.
