I'm sure most people already know about Apple cider vinegar or ACV, but for the sake of those who don't know much about Apple cider vinegar, this might be of help to you.
Apple Cider vinegar is a type of vinegar made from cider or apple. It is made by crushing apples and squeezing out the liquid.
Bacteria and yeast are added to the liquid to start the alcoholic fermentation process, and the sugars are turned into alcohol through afermentation process. ACV usually comes with a strong odor and sour taste.

Just like other types of vinegar, apple cider vinegar is an effective preservative.
It works by making the food more acidic, which deactivates its enzymes and kills any bacteria in the food that may cause spoilage.

Apple cider vinegar can be used as teeth whitening agents by simply applying a small quantity to a cotton swab and running around your teeth. Consistency is vital to get results. Hi @cyntis, The other big benefit of organic apple cider vinegar is that it helps you absorb 50% of all minerals. The alkaline industry has it right in that disease cannot thrive in an alkaline environment. However what they forget is that we need acidity with our meals to increase absorption of the minerals that can only be absorbed below 7ph.
