Water is the most important source of life. It is impossible to live without water. Not only do we need water to survive, but all beings in the universe need water. Most of our bodies are water. Water is the most important nutrient that humans must consume every day.

In fact, every day we lose water from the body. it can be through sweat, urination, and defecation. To keep your body healthy, it is necessary to consume water. In addition to maintaining a healthy body, it turns out water is also useful for strengthening teeth because minerals can help strengthen teeth and prevent tooth decay in the sense of reducing patches and extraction.

Another benefit of water is against allergies. One of the first line of defense against allergies is ear tissue, nose, and throat. This line of defense requires water to remain moist and to catch and release irritants and other foreign objects.

Lack of fluid (Dehydration) not only affects the health of the kidneys and the brain, but also susceptible to various health problems such as cavities.

Sometimes we also get people who rarely brush their teeth but he never had a dental problem, while I diligent toothbrush but the teeth are often hollow, even most of my teeth are hollow I have pulled because unable to withstand pain.

Last evening I went to the clinic (dentist) for treatment and asked my teeth pulled out. I am still curious about people who distance toothbrush but he never had a toothache, finally, I asked my dentist, "doctor, why people that rarely toothbrush tidal never toothache? The doctor answered my question: it is because he consumes enough water, and you a lot drink a coffee.

I just know, that the shortage of water in our bodies can result in dental health problems such as cavities. Now I begin to change the habit of drinking coffee by drinking water, for those of you who have ever felt the pain of toothache, of course you know how the pain has cavities.

Thanks and Regards
