Eating once a day is the way, man.

Eating one meal a day cleared up my skin, thoughts, and life. It also allowed me to gain muscle and strength at a much faster rate, as well as burn all of my body fat. It's a completely satisfying, sustainable regimen for anyone that has the courage to change their habits in exchange for profoundly improved health!
