I also followed this diet plan for some months. it helped me with thyroid issue.
@healthsquare: what say you?

Diet Plan
Before Breakfast (8:00 AM)
1 glass of Water + 1 Tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar (Daily)
Breakfast (9:00 AM)
2 Bran Rusks + 1 Boiled Egg White + 1 Cup Sugar free Tea (Thrice a week on alternate days)
1 Tbsp Barley Porridge cooked in ¾ Cup Skimmed Milk + 1 Tsp Honey (Four times a week)
Energizer (12:00 PM)
Half Grapefruit + 1-2 Dates (Daily)
Lunch (2:00 PM)
1 medium Cucumber (Daily)
Half Wholegrain Chappati with 4 Tbsp. Salan of Chicken Gravy or Vegetables (Daily)
1 Cup Mint Qehwa (Daily)
Evening Snack (4:30 PM)
1 Apple (Daily)
Tea- Time (6:30 PM)
1 Cup Sugar free Tea (Daily)
Dinner (9:00 PM)
1 Cup Chicken Stock + 1 Medium Boti (Four times a week)
1 medium Grilled Piece of Fish + 1 Cucumber +1 Cup Mint Qehwa (Thrice a week)
Special Notes:
 Do not take any sort of Lentils & grams
 Do not consume Red Meat in any form
 Try to have 8-10 glasses of water daily
 Try to engage yourself in a physical activity on daily basis
