Everyone wants to be fit and healthy these days and start making some plan about diet, gym or supplement. In between these big plans we often forget about some small and very important things which could help to achieve your plan. Here I am going to describe some important easily available and cheap product.

 

1. Green tea

Everyone heard about green tea and its miraculous properties. There are so many benefit of it and there no side effect. Even green tea helps to prevent cancer. Consuming daily 2 cups of green tea can help you to lose your weight. Green tea will improve your immune system and increase your metabolism and it also helps to reduce your bad cholesterol. So green is is must because it is the first step to be healthy. If you are doing some fitness activity than your immune system should be strong so that you would not have to face any health related obstacle.

 

2. Cinnamon 

Cinnamon is being use in almost every kitchen if it is not in your kitchen then you should definetly add into your kitchen because there is lots of benifit of it. Here is some benifits

There are countless properties of Ashwagandha, most beneficial property of Ashwagandha is reduce stress hormone. Because in todays era everyone is very busy and running for being sucessful in their life so stress is obvious. And you know that, you can not think and execute your plan properly if your stress lavel is high. If it is necessary to be stress free if you want to lose weight or gain muscle. Because in stress you could not have proper sleep and proper sleep is very important to be healthy.

 

4. Sat-Isabgol

If you want to be fit then make sure your liver is working properly. Because if your liver is not healthy then you can not be fit. If you are doing any fitness activity you should consume Sat-Isabgol. Sat-Isabgol will make your liver healthy because Sat-Isabgol is fiber rich product. It will cure constipation and your liver will be clean. The best time to take Isabgol is bed time, means when you are going to sleep take a spoon of Isabgol with water.

Yes it is very important because in our diet we could faild to consume every vitamins every day. So you should have a good brand of multivitamin so that your organs like liver, heart, kidney could be healthy and you could do your hard of daily life.
