This is a very nice post!
For me, breathing helps most of the time. It occupies my attention long enough to forget about panic and things got more calm.
I would like to add that, when breathing, always aim to breathe out longer than breathe in. Like 1-2 seconds of breathe in, and 3-4 seconds of breathing out, then one second of stilness without breathing.
Helps me every time! :)
