Source
Physically, your body system changes which in turn produces signs in your physical body thereby reducing your level of activity.
Source
Socially, your level of interaction and communication tends to drop in order to avoid unnecessary anger(which usually increases pulse rate), pain etc.
An individual who loves drinking alcohol with friends tends to drop that social life.
Emotionally, the individual suffers from over-thinking, being afraid to go back to the hospital, feeling unfair about life, feeling helpless, being worried about the future and how to manage the problem.
Apart from all these, CVD can affect an individuals mental health.
Unfortunately, CVD affects the society at large as it increases the overall depression rate and decreases the mental and psychological soundness of the people involved. Thereby reducing the creativity and productiveness of the community and the society.
MANAGEMENT OF CVD
The best management of CVD lies in joining an organization in which the patients have similar conditions.
CVD is life changing and another remedy is to accept that fact, make some adjustments and still continue to enjoy life.
Finally, cherish your heart, because there's no other.
Avoid activities/lifestyle and food that could increase the chances of being affected such as;
