Contrary to popular belief it seems that fruits provide all the necessary nutrients, because their blood test results are perfect after eating only fruits for the last two years. The woman ate 95% of fruits also two years before that, and she was also obese before. The man is 25 years old, the woman 38. Also she almost never brush her teeth (4-5 times a year with just water), and yet they look great.
So, how is that possible?

Fruits are good for health..but fruits are plants which are poor in B12 which is crucial in red blood cell development.... @gillzo has also mentioned it..
very low on b12 , also iron binding..dude also looks malnourished, but you kno good on them for giving it a go, but ovbs not the most healthy way to goo..
She says that she has a family history of non-assimilation of vitamin B12.
pfffttt, if you look nit up vitamin b12 is only found in animal products
