Update for PCOS! My personal experience

Hi Steemians friends,

As you can find in my previous posts here and here, there are numerous natural treatments for PCOS. I have also mentioned that I stopped taking birth control pills and joined gym.

Now after two months of hard workouts and healthy diet I can see the result. Yes friends,because I recently started bleeding without taking any medication.

I was so happy because during the last five years, I was not bleeding if I do not take these pills. I just hope that my menstruation is regulated now and that I do not have to go back into these pills again.

My better half helped me a lot in staying motivated because it was difficult for me at start as I am a food lover lol. But now I can say that I feel better within and healthier. My coach at the gym has been helping me a lot too especially when I was lacking patience. He keep on advising me to be patient and to focus on my goals. Big thanks to them :)

Selfish at the Gym :)

My decision to stop the pills and to join gym was definitely not a bad one at all. Now, that I can see good result coming, I am motivated like never before and my fundamental goal is to lose more weight. So far, I lost 3 Kgs which for me is a lot, since with PCOS it is very difficult to lose weight.

I have also booked an appointment with my doctor who I will be visiting next Friday. Fingers crossed friends, I hope to get the good news and hopefully he will say that I am cure now :) I will keep you updated. 

To my friend  @healthbasics and  @daudimitch , here is my post for the follow up of PCOS. I am glad that I stopped the birth control pills as they only cure symptoms and not the root of the problem. Indeed exercise and a healthy diet helped to cure many other diseases as well.

waoooooo i always try to do exresise at home but failed if u have a good plan than kindly shre with me

Yes normally you should do 30 minutes if walking but if that is not possible you could go on youtube and find some workouts to do at home itself :) you can start as a beginner and also start a good diet :)

is tea harmful for it ??????

Sorry i cannot say anything concerning this but it could be better if you ask a doctor... personally i dont think tea is harmful...
