Overthinking is very bad. We need to learn how to quiet our mind, instead of trying to distract it with a million different things. This will lead to mental clarity, focus, and teach us how to quit the toxic habit of overthinking. We are dying from overthinking. We are slowly killing ourselves by thinking about everything, which is very bad to our health.
Everyone overthinks but not everyone has control over the draining thoughts. Many people aren’t fully aware of what it does to your body physically and mentally. Overthinking drains you is such a toxic habit to have. Overthinking can stops you from living, yes because You let your fear and sadness stop you from going out and experiencing new things.my point is that overthinking is very bad to our health to overcome it we don't have to think of what can go wrong, but what can go right.Distract yourself into happiness can also help in overcomeing it and also change your view of fear.
