DEAR FRIENDS AS YOU KNOW THAT 2/3 OF OUR BODY IS COMPOSED OF WATER BECAUSE IT IS NECESSARY FOR MANY IMPORTANT FUNCTIONS AND REACTIONS OCCURING WITH IN THE BODY .
SO WE MUST DISCUSS THE ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF TAKING AND NOT TAKING OF NECESSARY AMOUNT OF WATER .

ADVANTAGES:
IF WE TAKE NECESSARY AMOUNT OF WATER REQUIRED BY OUR BODY OUR KIDNEYS CONTINUE THEIR WORKING NORMALLY AND SMOOTHLY BECAUSE THE KIDNEYS FUNCTION IS TO PURIFY OUR BLOOD AND REMOVE THE WASTES PRESENT IN IT MORE OVER THE PROCESS OF SWEATING WHICH MAINTAINS THE TEMPERATURE OF OUR BODY IS ALSO ASSOCIATED WITH THE WATER .FORMATION OF NEW RED BLOOD BLOOD CELLS AND MANY OTHER IMPORTANT FUNCTIONS OCCURING WITH IN THE BODY .
DISADVANTAGES:
AS WE KNOW THAT IF WE DO NOT TAKE THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF ALL THE MINERALS AND FOOD REQUIRED FOR THE PROPER FUNCTIONING OF BODY OUR HEALTH WILL BE DISTURBED AND WE BECOME SERIOUSLY ILL .SAME IS THE CASE WITH THE WATER .IF WE DON,T TAKE THE PROPER AMOUNT ODF WATER OUR KIDNEYS WILL NO MORE FUNCTION PROPERLY WHICH MAY LEADS TO THE FORMATION OF STONES IN THE KIDNEY . WE WILL BECOME TIRED AND FELL SLEEPY AFTER DOING A VERY SMALL WORK THEIR WILL BE A SEVERE IN OUR BACK IT ALSO LEADS TO THE CONSTIPATION , AND IN TURN MANY OTHER SERIOUS HEALTH PROBLEMS
