ACCORDING TO THE RECENT RESEARCH IT IS OBSERVED THAT NO A DAYS IT HAS BECAME A TREND THAT MOST OF YHE PEOPLE NOW A DAYS ARE SO MUCH BUSY THAT IN HUSTLE AND BUSTLE OF LIFE THAT THAEY DO NOT HAVE THEIR BREAK FAST.OR JUST TAKE A CUP OF TEA AND A BREAD SLICE .AND THATS ALL..
HOWEVER THIS DITE IS NOT A COMPLETE DIET .E NEED TO HAVE OUR PROPER BREAKFAST i.e WHICH PROVIDES ENOUGH NUTRIENTS FOR OUR BODY .
NOW WE CAN COMPARE THE ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF IT .
ADVANTAGE : ON HAVING A PROPER BREAKFAST OUR BODY STAYS ACTIVE AND FRESH ALL THE DAY WE CAN COMPLETE ALL OF OUR DAILY ROUTINES WITH MUCH EASE .AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THAT E REMAIN HEALTHY AS "HEALTH IS WEALTH"
DISADVANTAGE : IF E DO NOT TAKE OUR BREAKFAST PROPERLY E BECOME SICK AND CAN,T DO ANY THING ITH FULL CONCENTRATION AND THIS REPEATED PRACTISE CAN MAKE US SO ILL THAT E MIGHT HAVE TO GO TO HOSPITAL FOR A PROPER TREATMENT.
