3 .Exercise regularly.

4 .Get enough sleep.
Go to bed at a reasonable hour and try to get 8 hours of sleep. It will help you achieve maximum recovery and face the next day with more vigor. So we must sleep for at least eight hours a day to stay mentally healthy.
5 . Have fun
