Not quite cryotherapy but I've tried starting the day with a cold shower vis-a-vis the Wim Hof Method (techniques for restoring and maintaining good health), and felt better for it. Now you've reminded me, I think I may pick it up again!

As much as I would like to try it out I just can't make myself do it. Have had various oppertunities but never taken the plunge. Maybe some day I will overcome the "fear".
