I'd like to see someone do one of these on chewing tobacco. It's like 5 times harder to quit from someone who has successfully quit both.

I dreamed about chewing for 3 months. That's how hard it was to quit.

I'll have urges every now and then, sure, to smoke. But it's no where near as hard, imo.
