It is mostly popular in Spain, North Africa and other African countries like Nigeria. In fact,In Nigeria, it Is called Aya by the Hausa's while it's processed milk is called KUNU AYA. it's health benefits cannot be under estimated because a lots of Nigerians now use it in diverse numbers of ways such as milk production, flour production and even catering foods.
