This is one of my favorites! In kundalini yoga, you do this as a kriya and inhale lift the right leg, exhale switch sides, inhale lift the right leg, exhale switch sides and so on for 2-3 minutes. It unblocks a bunch of the gunk that gets stuck in the hips.
