Take the following steps to maintain ear health;
Avoid Loud Voice
High sound volume over a long period of time will cause wear and tear on small hair cells in the ear. Disorders due to high or hard volume will accumulate over time. In everyday activities, the use of a headset or ear tapping to high-volume speaker loads is one of the poorest examples of ear health.
Clean Properly
If you regularly clean your ears with cutton bud, you should stop it now. The ear is an organ that can clean itself. The waxy fluid inside the ear serves to prevent dust and other harmful particles from entering the ear. So the function of this wax is important and is something normal. Just bleach around the ear cavity with a soft towel.
Avoid Scratching
Very itchy ears avoid the way to overcome them by scratching because it will lead to bad damoak. Like irritation, the danger of tetanus to the appearance of ulcers.
