Just like we can't Live without Breathing, Eating or Drinking ....We even can't live without Sleeping!

"Have a Proper Snooze in your Life Else Lose your Life"

About 150 million People in the world are Suffering from Insomnia or Sleep Deprivation. And this Is something Alarming!

You must have heard About "Russian Sleep Experiement" That was Buzz of the Town in the Past Which claimed Horrifying Effects of Sleeplessness on the Body, Which ultimately Proved Fetal for all People on which Experiment was Carried Out.

According to the Research You can Only live about 11 Days without Sleeping!

Here are Some of the Harmfull Effect on the body if you don't Sleep Well:

It may permanently Damage Your Brain:

Researchers have found that persistently poor sleep causes the brain to clear a significant amount of neurons and synaptic connections, and recovering sleep might not be able to reverse the damage.

In other Words Brain Literally Tend to eat itself due to Poor Sleeping. Healthy Adults with poor sleep lose portion of frontal, temporal and partial lobe of the brain.

According to Some Researchers It may cause your Brain to shrink.But futher research is needed to confirm this claim.

It can cause Slurred Speech:

Sleep Deprivation has an adverse effect on 'temporal' lobe of the brain, which is responsible for language processing leading a Person to Slurred Speech.

It can Make you confused and Afraid of everything:

According to the Research Poor sleep damages frontal Lope of the brain and reduces its activity. and Increases the activity amygdala, Responsible for Fear Detection.
So such neural changes leads the brain to the mechanism of dull judgment ans ratchets up desires.
You lose the control on your nurves, and You tend to get afraid of even minor sounds in the surrounding.

  • Less Concentration towards Work
  • Less Focused and Memory Loss
  • Sperm Count Decreases
  • Risk of Heart Disease & Stroke Increases

  • you start to look ugly as your skin condition worsens.

What do i Do Now?

Here are some points you must follow:

  • Sleep atleast for 7 to 9 hours daily
  • "Early to bed Early to rise, Makes the man healthy , wealthy and Wise" you must have Heard it but you must follow it too. Sleep early and Wakeup before Sunrise.
  • try taking a Power Nap too.
  • do not Eat atleast before 2 hours from sleeping
  • Stay away from Cellphone or Other Multimedia devices when in Bed.
  • Correct Position of Sleeping Matters alot.
    -Do see the doctor if you are suffering from insomnia. Proper medication will help you sleep well

You have a minor misspelling in the following sentence:

It should be separate instead of seperate.
