Walking without wearing footwear may be our usual at home. But, most people believe that walking or sports barefoot outside the home is healthier.
As babies begin to learn how to walk, parents are often advised to let this process run naturally without shoes.
That's because shoes can affect the way babies use the muscles and leg bones.
As children grow up, they get used to footwear everywhere and are not allowed to move barefoot
Actually, how important is it to leave your feet barely?
