[DAILY TIPS] Alcohol

in #health7 years ago (edited)

Alcohol stays for 5️⃣ minutes in our gastric and goes straight into our blood stream and travel towards our liver. Our liver cannot store alcohol so it metabolises about 90 per cent of the alcohol we drink, (the rest is excreted through urine and sweat). Our liver can process about 10g of alcoholic drink within an hour. Drinking too much alcohol 🍷over a long period harms the liver and makes it very fatty🐷, with the liver cells becoming bloated, resulting in swelling and inflammation of the liver.

Drink in moderation and care for your liver! 🍻🍾BB719BE8-98DE-4E01-A919-8492BDEA5AEF.jpeg

This is nice, of a truth alcohol is very dangerous to human health, i urge people to drink responsible, at least ones of twice a week

True, I agree. Don’t ever be a hardcore drinker. Social drinking I think is still ok.
