4 - Can vegetables also be used?
Of course! Almost every type of vegetable is suitable for a smoothie. Especially the sorts that are normally eaten raw: peppers, cucumbers, avocados, tomatoes, cress, celery and carrots are part of it. But broccoli, peas, beetroot, fresh spinach or green cabbage are also very good in the mixer. They make really healthy drinks. Later there will be a small chapter on "green smoothies" where you will learn more about the excellent use of vegetables and herbs.
