I attempted to stay in this ice bath for 10 minutes again today but had to get out after 8 minutes. So I am not quite there yet but I am improving. As it felt better as the last couple of times.
I feel very good today. I am in a great mood and full of energy despite having only slept for 4 hours.
I was also able to set a new record for myself with 66 push-ups and my retention times were much better then yesterday.

Round 1 : 1 min 25.24 sec
Round 2 : 1 min 31.74 sec
Round 3 : 1min 39.55 sec

Heute habe ich wieder probiert 10 Minuten im Eisbad auszuhalten, musste jedeoch nach 8 Minuten raus. Dennoch denke ich, dass ich grosse Vortschritte gemacht habe. Es fühlt sich schon um einiges besser an als die letzten paar mal. Ich habe zwar nur 4 Stunden heute geschlafen, bin dennoch sehr gut gelaunt und voller Energie.
Ich konnte einen neuen Persönlichenrekord setzen mit 66 Liegestützen und meine Zeiten waren auch um einiges besser als gestern.

Runde 1 : 1 min 25.24 sek

Hey flipstar what is the ice bath for?

it is part of the wim hof method. There are 3 pillars. Cold exposure, breathing and some yoga exercises.

Week 4 I should do a 10 minutes shower/ice bath, but I need to train a bit more for that.
